Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website contact form are preliminary estimates only. Final pricing will be determined after a site inspection and assessment. We reserve the right to adjust quotes based on project scope, site conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Licensing and Insurance

Greenshield Construction Inc. is fully licensed and insured under WorkSafeBC regulations. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and follow all WorkSafeBC Part 6 guidelines for hazardous material abatement. Copies of our licensing and insurance certificates are available upon request.

Service Area

We primarily serve Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and surrounding areas. Service availability in other areas should be confirmed by contacting us directly.

Safety and Compliance

All work performed by Greenshield Construction Inc. complies with:

• WorkSafeBC regulations and Part 6 guidelines
• British Columbia Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations
• Environmental protection standards
• Municipal building codes and requirements

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project and property
• Ensuring access to the work area as agreed upon
• Obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise arranged)
• Vacating the work area if required for safety reasons
• Payment according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with final payment due upon completion and passing of all required inspections and air clearance tests. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for each project and may vary depending on the type of service provided. Our warranty covers workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Greenshield Construction Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
